Luxe Outdoor Oasis ships exclusively within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees apply.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • If the sauna is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days.
  • If the sauna is out of stock, it will typically ship within 1 week.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Damaged Shipments

While we strive for all orders to arrive in perfect condition, if your sauna is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for replacement parts or wood at no additional cost.

6. No Returns Policy

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we do not accept returns. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
